We are looking for a talented Photographer to join our team in Lahore, specializing in capturing high-quality images for a wide range of projects such as product photography, events, social media content, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing photo shoots that meet specific client or project needs, editing and retouching images using professional software, and ensuring all photography equipment is well-maintained for optimal performance. This role involves close collaboration with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure all visuals align with brand standards. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and managing an organized digital photo library are also key components of this position. This is a full-time, onsite role within a digital marketing agency, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality images across various projects including product shoots, events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute photo shoots according to client or project specifications.
- Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Maintain photography equipment to ensure proper care and functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure photography aligns with brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about current photography trends and emerging techniques to enhance the quality of work.
- Organize and manage a digital photo library for easy access and retrieval of images.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating various photography styles.
- Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting setups, and photo editing software.
- Solid understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar role.
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore during standard business hours (9 am to 6 pm).
Compensation and Work Details:
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Full-time position requiring onsite presence.
- Employment within the digital marketing agency sector.
