Photographer / Videographer

Pakistan Digital Authority is seeking a skilled Photographer / Videographer to join its Islamabad team. This role involves capturing high-quality photography and broadcast-standard video content for PDA meetings, events, and interviews. The successful candidate will provide visual materials for social media, press releases, and Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP) platforms, ensuring all imagery and footage meet the organization’s quality standards. The position requires working closely with the PR Liaison to manage shot lists, equipment, and delivery timelines, while maintaining an organized archive of all raw and edited media.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs of PDA meetings, events, and engagements suitable for publication.
- Record high-definition video footage, including sit-down interviews using collar (lavalier) microphones to ensure clear audio capture.
- Deliver imagery and video content that meets PDA’s quality standards, including HD stills with a minimum resolution of 48 MP on mobile devices, and video footage in at least 4K resolution. Proper lighting and subject posing are essential where required.
- Collaborate with the PR Liaison during events to manage shot lists, equipment setup, and ensure timely turnaround of media assets.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of all raw and edited photographs and videos for easy retrieval and future use.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, Media Studies, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating event and corporate photography expertise.
- Proven ability to record video with professional audio, including the use of collar microphones for interviews.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording devices.
- Efficient editing skills and the ability to deliver final media assets promptly while maintaining high quality.
