We are seeking a motivated and skilled PHP Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, and web development technologies, with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing dynamic web applications. This role involves close collaboration with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Manage MySQL databases, including database design and query optimization.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Utilize PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter in development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with frontend developers and UI/UX designers.
- Maintain existing websites and implement new features as required.
- Adhere to coding standards and follow development best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Good understanding of MySQL and database management principles.
- Experience working with Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data formats.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of MVC architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of AJAX, jQuery, and React.js.
- Understanding of website security best practices.
- Experience with Linux environments, hosting, and server management.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
