We are looking for a dedicated Laravel Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Laravel and modern PHP technologies. You will work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust software solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services efficiently.
- Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and relationships for better performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices to safeguard applications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to support growing user demands.
- Write unit and feature tests to maintain high code quality and reduce bugs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes to deliver iterative improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and assist with production deployments effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience working with Laravel and PHP.
- Strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and the Laravel framework.
- Experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and migrations.
- Proficient in using Eloquent ORM for database interactions.
- Skilled in developing RESTful APIs and integrating external services.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows for collaborative development.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Composer and dependency management tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Work Location
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000. The role requires on-site work, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the team and contribute actively to the development process in person.
