Graduation with Medical Sciences.
Good communication skills (English writing/speaking)
Ability to learn new things with minimum guidance.
Ability to work under pressure/stress
Ability to meet deadlines for completing assigned tasks

Good computer skills (typing, MS Word, Excel, PDF etc.)
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Basic knowledge of medical reports
Basic knowledge of documents used in US Healthcare Industry other than reports.
