Physician Billing Executive

ZUE, a prominent healthcare BPO services provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Physician Billing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete physician billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations. This role requires proficiency in U.S. medical billing processes and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial handling to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing systems to process and monitor claims efficiently.
- Review and validate CPT and ICD-10 codes for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve claim rejections and denials promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and U.S. healthcare regulations throughout the billing process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. physician billing.
- Proficiency in billing software such as Brightree, AdvancedMD, Athena, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, modifiers, and payer policies.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
