Physician Billing Executive

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM PST

ZUE, a prominent healthcare BPO services provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Physician Billing Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the complete physician billing cycle to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. medical billing processes and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial handling efficiently.
- Utilize EHR and billing systems to process and monitor claims throughout the billing cycle.
- Review and validate CPT and ICD-10 codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers to resolve claim rejections and denials.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and other U.S. healthcare regulations to protect patient information.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. physician billing.
- Proficiency in billing software such as Brightree, AdvancedMD, Athena, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, modifiers, and payer policies.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
