This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Sequel Technologies is a healthcare IT company specializing in software solutions and medical billing services for healthcare providers and clinics across the United States. The role involves working closely with clinical teams to enhance electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, focusing on physiotherapy and rehabilitation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, physiotherapy templates, treatment plans, and procedures.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians, and healthcare staff to understand and document clinical workflows and requirements.
- Provide structured feedback to improve clinical features, particularly for rehabilitation and physiotherapy practices.
- Train internal teams and clients on clinical best practices and EHR functionalities.
- Ensure clinical documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; only candidates with a completed DPT should apply.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy workflows, patient assessments, and treatment documentation.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems, including the ability to create templates and generate reports.
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare compliance.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
