PICKUP RIDER

BarqRaftar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a reliable and motivated Pickup Rider to join our dynamic delivery team in Lahore. This role involves the timely and efficient pickup and return of parcels across the city, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Lahore’s routes, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect parcels from designated locations and deliver them to specified destinations within Lahore.
- Manage return parcels efficiently, ensuring they are picked up and returned as required.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and returns to support smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, fuel usage, and delivery protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate daily routes and schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
- Must have a smartphone to facilitate communication and navigation.
- Strong knowledge of Lahore routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fixed monthly salary of PKR 18,000.
- Attendance allowance of PKR 4,000 to reward consistent presence.
- Incentives of PKR 3 per parcel picked up and PKR 2 per return parcel handled.
- Fuel allowance provided according to company policy.
- Opportunity to earn between PKR 18,000 and PKR 45,000 per month based on performance.
- Work primarily on the road, offering an active and engaging work environment.
