Experienced Real Estate Photo Editor Needed

Picxel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Real Estate Photo Editor to join our creative team. This role requires an individual with a minimum of three years of experience in editing real estate property photos and a strong command of photo editing software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. The ideal candidate will manage a team of four photo editors and ensure consistent, high-quality edits that enhance property images while maintaining a natural and realistic look. You will play a key role in delivering visually compelling real estate photos that align with our distinct editing style and meet client expectations. In this position, you will take responsibility for refining HDR real estate images by adjusting exposure, color balance, white balance, and lighting. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions closely while meeting project deadlines. Strong communication skills and reliability are essential to collaborate effectively within the team and maintain smooth workflow processes. Responsibilities
- Edit HDR real estate photos with precision to enhance visual appeal while preserving natural appearance.
- Correct exposure, colors, white balance, and lighting consistently in accordance with Picxels editing guidelines.
- Apply advanced photo editing techniques, including layer masking and color correction, to produce clean and professional images.
- Lead and manage a team of four photo editors, providing guidance and quality control to ensure uniformity and high standards.
- Review and adjust RAW image files to optimize detail and image quality.
- Maintain natural and realistic editing results that showcase properties at their best without exaggeration.
- Follow specific editing styles and instructions to meet client preferences and project requirements.
- Deliver final edited images with minimal revisions, adhering strictly to deadlines.
- Communicate reliably and effectively with team members and supervisors to track project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Continuously update knowledge of photo editing trends, tools, and real estate photography techniques to improve team proficiency.
- Prepare portfolios or sample edits of completed real estate photo projects to support client presentations and internal reviews.
