Site Supervisor

Pinnacle Construction seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor with a minimum of three years of experience to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring construction schedules, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining detailed project documentation. Strong leadership skills are essential to maintain a productive work environment and to promptly address any issues that arise on site. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality finished interiors while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate a small team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
