- Processes employees’ payroll every pay period.
- Preparing and posting all journal entries related to payroll.
- Prepare Full & Final settlement of ex-employees.
- Prepare Overtime management and non-management Staff.
- Maintain payroll processing system and records.
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee taxes and compensation payments.
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with labor law.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employees' pay records.
- Complete & maintain payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Maintain the ledger of loan/advance salary for employee(s).
- Performs wage distribution through issuing paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts.
- Calculate bonuses and leave encashment.
- Prepare cheque and salary vouchers.
This position is for evenong shift 6pm-2:15 am, onsite at Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
