- Experience in trainning to produce high quality resulsts.
- A proven Track record in leading machining operators, technicians and supervisors.
- Experience with failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Basic Computer Skills (knowledge of MS Office)
- Excellent knowledge of workshop machinery.
- Can Make Read drawings
- Well know of Basic Engineering Material
- Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic first aid.
- Plans all aspects of a machining job and should be capable to estimate all costs.
