Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the trucking industry to promote our dispatch services and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Gather and document relevant information from client interactions to update CSR systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of trucking operations.
- Identify and qualify leads, and escalate potential opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while representing Pins Logix professionally in all interactions.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of outbound calling campaigns.
Additional Information:
Job Type: On-site
Working Hours: 6pm to 3am (Night-shift).
Working Days: Monday To Friday
Compensation: Competitive salary (50k to 180k) basic with commission and performance-based incentives.
