Pioneer Logics is a provider of software services to its clients in North America and Australia regions. We need a Finance Manager to handle our Finance department. If you are a young energetic individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience, this opportunity will provide you a diverse learning experience in finance, account, tax, audit and a flavor of HRM & administration too. - Account Payables/Receivables Management.
- Payments, receipts recording and bank accounts update.
- Payroll management.
- Tax withholding on payments and salaries
- Ensure all tax payments are filed and payments are payments are deposits in government treasury time to time basis.
- Monthly cost and revenue reconciliation report formation
- Record keeping of invoices
- Company business reports formation i-e Income statement (P&L), balance sheet, trial balance, cash flows reports.
- Maintenance of information related to utility bills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent at MS Excel/Office
- Experience of using accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, etc.
- Independent and disciplined
- Be able to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- 2+ year of full-time professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
- ACCA / ICMA (In progress) • PIPFA • MBA/BBA Finance
