- Sees to it that the Academic SOPs and Curriculum are implemented & followed by all teachers in letter and spirit.
- Implements Head Office’s Strategies and Policies.
- Understands and implements set Admission Procedures along with Parent/Guardian dealing.
- Implementing the curriculum structures and Head Office sent; Annual School Calendar (ASC), Syllabus, Lesson/Activity Plans, Interactive Learning Programs, Term Examinations Timetables and Term Examinations.
- Supervision and management of all weekly tests, term examinations, PTMs, WTMs, events, occasions, competitions, trips, extra-curricular activities, staff workshops, staff seminars, staff formal and informal meetings, special work days.
- Coordinating with Administrator/Accountant in monitoring staff and student attendance.
- Filling in the School Timetable every term
- Guidance of Teachers to implement the all required Academic SOPs.
- In accordance with HR SOPs, follows the hiring process; in recruiting, interviewing and recommending qualified personnel for employment that reflect racial and ethnic diversity.
- Guides all academic staff members in operating within their Job Descriptions and Routines
- Implements guidelines for student conduct and disciplinary action policies and procedures, based on the student codes of conduct and ethics, which assure a safe and disciplined environment.
- Assists in providing leadership in identifying and assessing strategies designed to accomplish school goals.
- Facilitates positive communications among students, parents/guardians, teachers and support staff during routine interactions.
- Supervising the upkeep of the campus and classrooms.
- Manages and oversees classroom and hallway notice boards, information boards, decorations, cleanliness and furniture.
