Cashier

Pizza 100 is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing cash registers efficiently, processing payments accurately, and delivering a pleasant dining experience to our customers. The Cashier will also oversee and coordinate a team of 6 persons, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high service standards in the restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with orders and payments.
Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process credit/debit card payments accurately.
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station at all times.
Supervise, train, and support a team of 6 persons to ensure efficient and friendly service.
Coordinate team tasks and schedules to maintain smooth operations during shifts.
Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and courteously.
Monitor inventory levels of cashier supplies and notify management of restocking needs.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
Promote a positive and professional work environment among team members.
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the cash register and restaurant as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient workflow.
