Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate absolute mastery over raw ingredients to prepare the perfect pizza crust, including hand-stretching dough and achieving the ideal rise and char.
- Craft rich, signature sauces from scratch with a keen ability to balance flavors and create unique taste profiles.
- Exhibit expert control over various high-heat pizza ovens, whether deck, conveyor, or authentic wood-fired, ensuring optimal cooking results.
- Maintain speed and consistency during busy service hours, delivering perfectly baked pizzas without compromising quality.
- Work efficiently under pressure, keeping a calm and focused demeanor to meet customer demand during peak times.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role specializing in pizza preparation.
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, stretching techniques, and baking processes.
- Ability to prepare sauces and toppings from scratch with attention to flavor and quality.
- Familiarity with operating different types of pizza ovens and managing cooking times precisely.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
