- Coordinate daily Front & Back of the house restaurant operations as well as organize and supervise shifts
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity, and regularly train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products, and maintain daily inventory
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve
- Control operation costs and identify measures to cut waste, ensure enhancement in profitability
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in local community with strong word-of-mouth and restaurant events, and recommend ways to reach broader audience.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Implement success routine and follows the right procedures to make these schedules.
- LAR & Servsafe Certified will be preferred.
- Managing Balanced scorecard to run the restaurant smoothly.
