Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages to customer specifications
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
Assist with order taking, payments, and serving when needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Restock supplies and inform management of inventory needs
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming environment
Requirements:
Prior barista or café experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Basic math and cash handling skills
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
