Planlab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem, providing the appropriate solution, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support to customers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Keeping abreast of product and industry developments in order to provide the best service possible.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on one's feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in customer service or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with computers and various software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Experience in a call center or in providing customer support via chat or email is a plus.
