We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team at the SITE Area in Karachi. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent planning and coordination capabilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production workflows and timely project completion through careful planning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to align production schedules with operational requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning activities.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to monitor progress and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts or production issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a production planning role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess production processes and identify improvements.
- Effective planning and coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Good communication and writing skills for clear and concise reporting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
