  1. Ensure realistic macro planning of dates with Marketing at the time of quotation.
  2. Highly responsible for the on time delivery of all cement market jobs
  3. Highly responsible for planning, organizing & conducting contract review meetings (CRM) before the start of each project;
  4. Highly responsible for continuously monitoring job status based on the ‘Manufacturing Activity Plan’ that was prepared at the CRM.
  5. Highly responsible for the resolution/troubleshooting of all stuck up matters to ensure the compliance of deadlines set in the ‘Manufacturing Activity Plan’.
  6. Coordinate with VC, production on small jobs, fabrication   and other miscellaneous projects
  7. Responsible for the verification and comparison of estimated and actual cost work sheets to ensure that manufacturing costs do not exceed the defined limits.
