Plant Operations Supervisor

Feroza Enterprises is looking for a proactive and authoritative Plant Operations Supervisor to join an industrial client’s facility located in Gharo, Sindh. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations on the plant floor by maintaining discipline, managing workforce attendance, and optimizing staff deployment to keep machinery running efficiently. The supervisor will be actively involved in monitoring the operational environment through regular floor rounds and addressing any staffing gaps promptly to uphold productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular and thorough floor rounds to monitor plant operations and workforce presence.
- Identify missing or absent personnel at the start of each shift and take immediate action to address staffing shortages.
- Rearrange and allocate floor staff effectively to ensure continuous machine operation and minimize downtime.
- Enforce basic factory discipline among workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Maintain order and discipline across all plant areas to support a productive and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Report any irregularities or operational challenges to higher management promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong understanding of plant floor operations, workforce management, and production processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining strict discipline and operational standards.
