Feroza Enterprises is looking for a proactive and authoritative Plant Operations Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at the Armstrong Plant in Gharo. This hands-on supervisory role requires maintaining smooth daily operations, enforcing workforce discipline, and ensuring continuous production flow across all plant sections. As the key floor authority, you will perform regular walkthroughs, monitor attendance, manage manpower reallocations to cover absences, uphold safety standards, and provide daily operational reports directly to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Attendance & Roll Call: Conduct headcount checks at all workstations, promptly identify absentees, coordinate with the Time Office, and reassign personnel to prevent production delays.
- Plant Floor Rounds: Perform frequent inspections to ensure operators are at their designated machines and production processes are running efficiently.
- Factory Discipline & Order: Maintain strict floor discipline by enforcing break and shift schedules, minimizing idle time, and overseeing smooth shift handovers.
- Basic Safety & Cleanliness: Enforce the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure work areas, machinery, and pathways are clean and hazard-free.
- Operational Coordination: Report machine stoppages or breakdowns immediately to the Maintenance and Electrical teams, and escalate material shortages or bottlenecks to management.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare clear handover notes documenting attendance, absentees, and overall plant status for submission to the Head Office.

Required Qualifications
- Active Ground Presence: Must have high energy and stamina to spend most of the workday walking and inspecting the factory floor; this is not a desk-based role.
- Leadership & People Management: Strong and authoritative personality capable of managing labor, enforcing rules, and resolving disputes calmly and effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent verbal communication in Urdu is essential.
- Basic Literacy & Numeracy: Ability to read employee badge IDs accurately, conduct headcounts, and maintain legible daily logs and handover sheets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Language Advantage: Understanding and speaking Sindhi is highly beneficial for effective communication with local staff.
- Experience: Previous experience as a factory supervisor, line jobber, warehouse lead, or security supervisor is preferred. Candidates with strong leadership skills and motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Minimum education level of Matric, Intermediate, DAE, or equivalent practical experience in a factory setting.
- Availability: Must be punctual and able to commit to full-time, on-site work at the Gharo Plant.
