- Perform on time Mould maintenance to meet moulding production requirement.
- Hands on experience with molds and dies (3-5 years)
- Experience with working and measuring small tolerances.
- Knowledge of machine shops (like Lathe, milling, CNC…)
- Experience compiling reports
- On time Spare parts arrangement for M.M.
- Out Source Job completion/ Follow up.
- Create daily task documentation, Gate Pass/ Requisition to store/ ISO related documents.
- Responsible for Safe working procedure follow during working.
- Support provide to moulding production during Mould installation.
- Perform detail inspection of under maintenance moulds to avoid any unexpected failure during production.
- Coordinated with Moulding / Store / Maintenance department.
- Create a list of standardized mould spare parts along with picture and sketches.
- Control 5S at Mould maintenance shop.
- Arrange working condition with in specified in our ISO systems and as per training.
- Prepare a list of special tool required for specific job completion.
