Platform Architect - D365 + UiPath + PowerPlatform

The Platform Architect role at 10Pearls focuses on leading the architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath ecosystems. This position involves defining enterprise architecture strategies, designing scalable and secure solutions, driving intelligent automation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, product teams, and operations to translate business needs into technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automation, user experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath ecosystems.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee architecture and solution design across Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Sales, Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Design end-to-end business processes, workflows, data models, security architectures, and customization strategies within Dynamics 365.
- Develop enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Establish governance frameworks, reusable components, connector standards, APIs, and automation practices for the Power Platform.
- Lead architecture and implementation of UiPath-based RPA and intelligent automation solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and define enterprise automation roadmaps.
- Design seamless integrations between UiPath, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure interoperability across ERP/CRM systems, data warehouses, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Implement platform governance, security standards, role-based access controls, and operational controls.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution audits ensuring secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery teams.
- Mentor architects, developers, consultants, and automation engineers.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
- Present architecture recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Support presales activities, solution estimation, client workshops, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered automation and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, recommending platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application or solution architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath automation solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, automation frameworks, business process optimization, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure services, UiPath, RPA architecture, workflow design, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, data modeling, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of security, cloud, data, and integration architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership.
- Ability to balance business requirements with scalability, security, governance, and long-term technology strategy.
