Platinum Consultant_BPC/SAC Planning

We are seeking a skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of SAC Planning and Reporting solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver scalable analytics and planning tools that drive effective decision-making and enhance business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, and analytical applications.
- Build and support SAC Planning models, including versions, allocations, data actions, and multi-actions.
- Configure and manage planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across source systems and SAC.
- Support data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, SQL databases, and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
- Provide production support while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and project delivery timelines.
- Prepare functional specifications, design documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of team capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of SAC Planning, including planning models and dimensions, data actions, multi-actions, allocations, driver-based planning, version management, calendar processes, workflows, and data imports/integration.
- Proven experience in developing SAC stories, dashboards, and management reports following best practices.
- Solid understanding of SAC security concepts and role-based access controls.
- Experience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise data sources.
- Deep understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Familiarity with SAC Predictive Planning capabilities.
- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting or SAC Consolidation processes.
- SAP Analytics Cloud certification is a plus.
