Zenith Crown Suites, a 4-star luxury hotel apartment located in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team. The role involves maintaining and repairing plumbing systems throughout the property, including guest rooms, kitchens, restaurants, washrooms, and other operational areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in high-rise buildings and restaurants, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing inspections, maintenance, and repairs across the property.
- Maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
- Identify and repair leaks, blockages, and faulty plumbing connections promptly.
- Ensure plumbing systems in kitchens, restaurants, washrooms, and guest rooms are fully operational.
- Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies and urgent maintenance requests.
- Inspect pumps, water tanks, and related plumbing equipment regularly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards at all times.
- Keep plumbing tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, specifically in high-rise buildings and restaurant environments.
- Practical knowledge of plumbing systems, including drainage and water supply installations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve plumbing problems independently.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise.
