A builder and developer looking for a Plumber for their project in Karachi.

Regular Duties/Responsibilities

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems.
Carry out repair and maintenance jobs on plumbing fixtures, fittings, and associated piping in an effective and efficient manner to minimize recurring breakdowns.
Inspect previously installed plumbing systems.
Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the plumbing systems.
Make sure the safety measures during work are followed to avoid accidents.
any other related task as assigned by the supervisor.

اہم فرائض و ذمہ داریاں

پلمبنگ سسٹم کی باقاعدہ دیکھ بھال اور مرمت کرنا۔
پلمبنگ کی فٹنگز، آلات اور متعلقہ پائپ لائنوں کی مرمت اور دیکھ بھال مؤثر انداز میں کرنا تاکہ بار بار خرابی پیدا نہ ہو۔
پہلے سے نصب شدہ پلمبنگ سسٹم کا معائنہ کرنا اور اس کی درست کارکردگی کو یقینی بنانا۔
پلمبنگ سسٹم سے متعلق موجودہ حفاظتی قوانین اور ضوابط سے آگاہ رہنا۔
کام کے دوران حفاظتی اقدامات پر عمل درآمد یقینی بنانا تاکہ حادثات سے بچا جا سکے۔
سپروائزر کی جانب سے تفویض کردہ دیگر متعلقہ امور انجام دینا۔
