We are seeking a full-time, on-site Plumber to join our team in Azakhel Payan. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and related equipment within company facilities and associated structures. This role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding promptly to repair requests, and ensuring all work complies with safety and building standards. The Plumber will also read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, select appropriate materials, and use tools and equipment safely. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers is essential, as is maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and related equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and perform timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
- Select and handle appropriate materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers, providing updates on work progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven plumbing skills with experience in installing and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Proficiency in working with various types of pipes and components, including fitting, cutting, and joining.
- Strong maintenance and repair capabilities, including diagnosing issues and performing preventive maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and respond to requests effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and best practices related to plumbing work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and standing for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in commercial or institutional plumbing environments is highly desirable.
- Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in plumbing or a related field is beneficial.
