MAAKSONS Engineering Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to manage plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities at construction project sites. The successful candidate will lead plumbing teams, ensure adherence to technical drawings and project specifications, maintain quality standards, and complete tasks within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plumbing operations on-site, including installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee the installation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and sanitary systems.
- Manage plumbing technicians, pipe fitters, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, specifications, and shop drawings accurately.
- Ensure correct installation of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment.
- Conduct inspections and pressure tests to verify plumbing systems are leak-free and fully operational.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, escalating major concerns to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of completed work, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
- Promote proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to minimize waste.
- Enforce site safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline within the work area.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in plumbing supervision on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and sanitary installation systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience supervising plumbing workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, testing procedures, and installation methods.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities effectively and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Expertise in plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Skilled in pipe fitting and sanitary systems.
- Experience with plumbing testing and commissioning.
