· The Operations Executive will assist his / her line managers in the following activities:

Job Description

· Execute daily Mark to Market (MTM) activities and verify calculations related thereto;

· Execute Market Operations activities like setting new futures contracts month(s), market timings, setup settlement calendar for deliverable contracts , and disseminate margin and exposure call notices;

· Dissemination of daily Margin / Exposure Calls;

· Manage agri market operations and liaison with business partners for pay-ins, pay-outs and deliveries;

· Verify broker’s margin payments from banking portal and update funds in PMEX CSR System, and coordinate with the bank in case of any discrepancy;

· Liaison with CFO and banks for timely investment of brokers and their clients’ funds;

· Prepare Margins and Deposits accounts (M&D) reconciliation with the finance dept. on monthly basis;

· Preparation of regulatory reports for SECP like trading statistics, SECP fees etc;

· Calculation, reporting and recording of Market-Making Fee;

· Provide support to Brokers and their clients as and when required;

· Prepare and manage operations data for monthly MIS report for management.

· Perform start of day activities related to BOT’s operations and ensure that Market Maker pricing BOTs are operating smoothly;

· Verify pricing parameters updated for market making applications (BOTs);

· Verify trading summary with CSR reports after market close;

· Send CME and PMEX market Watch screen shots to Analytics for pricing;

· Execute Mark to Market activities on DEMO system;

Special Tasks

· Critical Market Surveillance activities like price movements, auto-liquidations, high volume trading activities etc.

· Assist managers in documenting policies and standard operating procedures as well as implement new procedures for improvement.
