PMO – Oracle ERP

Tech ECS Limited is seeking a seasoned IT PMO / ERP Project Management professional with extensive experience in Oracle ERP to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project planning, governance, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management for Oracle ERP initiatives. This position is based in Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project planning, tracking, and governance specifically for Oracle ERP projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and all relevant project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with business, functional, technical, and external teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Track risks, issues, and action items, ensuring they are resolved or escalated promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly project status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource coordination and management across various project workstreams.
- Ensure strict adherence to established project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of PMO best practices to enhance project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 6 years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Applications.
- Proficiency with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle implementation, support, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, reporting, and risk and issue management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is considered an advantage.
