The HR Executive will be responsible to optimize and bring efficiency in HR operations, functions and system management. Manage and administrator employee lifecycle to systemize & automize the HR processes. The incumbent must be a people’s person, good listener and detail oriented to keep a record of confidential data by ensuring secrecy at all levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • People oriented and results driven
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Excellent active speaking, listening, conciliation and presenting skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Maintain a good relationship at all levels, listen to and address their queries
  • Making good relations by addressing demands, grievances or issues in between Management and employees
  • Learn and develop HR procedures, implement best HR methods and optimize HR functions
  • Learn, manage and participate in development activities/programs, compensation & benefits processing, employee career developmental plans, employee onboarding and orientation process etc.
  • Prepare bonus calculation report and process disbursement after approval
  • Maintain attendance record of all employees from automate attendance management system as per the policy and legal requirements
  • Ensure error free attendance record, promote discipline, punctuality and good relations among employees
  • Provide relevant information for Payroll Management, records updating, probation confirmations and relevant documentation.
  • Preparing HR Reports, dashboards, analysis, and market surveys.
  • Managing Attendance & Leave records manually as well as in the absence of HR Software.
  • Familiar with Biometric Attendance System.
  • Prepare monthly/ weekly reports for newly hired, resigned, leave deductions, confirmations, and increments/adjustments in excel.
  • Keep latest knowledge of national & international employment laws and policies
  • Participate in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and official events
  • Learn and acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures & departmental KPIs for better execution of the departmental duties
  • Re-engineering of HR SOPs and KPIs. Role out after the Management approval.
  • For better implementation; Educate the employees at all level for all Policies, SOPs and KPIs.
  • Prepare drafts and circulate official circulars, notices and announcements on time after approval.
  • Manage relationships with co-workers of HR department and develop good relationship for flawless productivity.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in HR from HEC recognized university
  • Must have at least more than 2 years of experience
  • Must have expertise on MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of ERP/Workspace software
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Voluntarily available on weekend and/or late sitting & early comings.
  • Should have ability to work on close deadlines
  • Flexible to work on cross-cultural time zones
