We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in bidding on freelance platforms for software house projects and working with international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Preparing and submitting proposals, quotes, and bids on various freelance platforms.
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bidding on all freelance platforms for software house projects.
- Proven track record of successfully winning projects and managing international clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
