We are searching for a competent Corporate Sales & Event Manager to supervise and organize events that will make an impact on a target audience.
Responsibilities
- The potential candidate must ensure effective cooperation between management and the other parties.
- He/she guarantee that events are successful and cost-effective, paying consideration to budget and time limitations.
- Ensure flexibility and implement effectively on the event calendar.
- A project manager who knows marketing and promotion techniques.
- Responsible for assessing the needs and requirements of the Event faculty and supervising the event.
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Consulting and guiding team members about the event.
- Managing and leading the team effectively.
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
- Dedication to other tasks assigned by management.
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
- Handle the Corporate Training.
- Handle the Universities Collaborations, Workshops, and MOUs.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Candidates must have his own car.
- Proven experience as Corporate Sales & Event Management.
- Corporate Training oriented background.
- Skilled in project management.
- Knowledge of the market.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Customer Service orientation.
- A team player with leadership skills.
