We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing/Amazon Trainer to join our team at the Saggian branch of PNY Trainings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), e-commerce strategies, and Amazon marketing. As a Digital Marketing/Amazon Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging training sessions to equip our students with practical skills and strategies for success in the digital realm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, e-commerce strategies, and Amazon marketing.
  2. Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars to impart practical knowledge and skills to students.
  3. Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them understand key concepts, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and Amazon strategies.
  4. Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, presentations, case studies, and resources to enhance the learning experience and keep pace with industry trends.
  5. Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and Amazon strategies, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
  6. Assess student performance and progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and assessments, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team and other trainers to review, refine, and update training content based on feedback, industry changes, and emerging technologies.
  8. Mentor and coach junior trainers and interns to support their professional growth and development within the organization.
  9. Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation among students and faculty members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon marketing, with in-depth knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce strategies.
  3. Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles, preferably in a similar educational institution or corporate training environment.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and strategies in a clear and engaging manner.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  7. Flexibility to work full-time hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week, in accordance with the company's schedule and requirements.
