The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or a closely related field. With a minimum of three years teaching and three to five years professional experience, the instructor is responsible for providing two-hour practical classes that adhere strictly to the course outline while engaging students with hands-on learning and industry-relevant examples. The Graphic Instructor must demonstrate a solid command of professional design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma, as well as knowledge of video editing and motion graphics. The instructor plans lessons to balance theory, demonstration, and practical application, ensuring students effectively grasp concepts and apply skills independently. Punctual course completion, clear communication, and maintaining class discipline are essential. This role demands an instructor who can manage teaching timelines efficiently and support students to meet professional design quality standards throughout the course.
Responsibilities

  • Follow the course outlines provided by PNY Trainings precisely and complete all modules within the designated timeframe.
  • Deliver clear, well-structured, and practical two-hour classes focused on real-world graphic design applications.
  • Balance theoretical instruction, live demonstrations, and hands-on projects in each lecture to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Ensure that final student designs meet quality standards, technical criteria, and submission deadlines.
  • Teach graphic design principles, workflows, and software tools through practical, industry-relevant examples.
  • Guide students through professional workflows for vector graphics, photo editing, layouts, UI/UX design, and video editing.
  • Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on students assignments to facilitate skill improvement.
  • Maintain a professional learning environment that encourages student engagement and discipline.
  • Adapt lesson pacing to accommodate varied student learning speeds while ensuring course progression stays on track.
  • Encourage and enable students to apply concepts independently and build confidence in graphic design practices.
