The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree or equivalent certification in a design-related field, possesses at least three years of teaching or training experience, and has 3 to 5 years of relevant industry expertise. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the instructor must skillfully manage the learning environment and adapt teaching methods to support diverse student needs.
The instructor is responsible for planning lessons to balance theoretical knowledge, live demonstrations, and practical assignments. Emphasis on using professional workflows and industry tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma ensures students gain a comprehensive and applicable skill set. Additionally, the role involves teaching foundational video editing concepts to prepare students for multimedia design applications. The successful candidate ensures course modules are completed on schedule, provides clear feedback on student work, and fosters a disciplined, engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to independent application of skills.
