Instructor Advance Python(NAVTTC Project Base)

PNY Trainings seeks a skilled and experienced Advance Python Programming Instructor to deliver comprehensive training under the NAVTTC Advance Python Programming program. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing engaging, hands-on, and industry-relevant instruction to students, focusing on practical applications of Python programming. This role demands a deep understanding of advanced Python concepts along with the ability to guide students through complex programming exercises and projects that prepare them for diverse career opportunities including employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship. The instructor plays a critical role in ensuring students gain not only theoretical knowledge but also significant practical skills through project-based learning. Responsibilities include strict adherence to course outlines, delivering lessons that emphasize at least eighty percent practical learning, and providing career guidance to students. The position requires a candidate with a minimum of three years teaching experience and between five to eight years of practical field experience in Python programming and related technologies. This role does not involve team management but requires strong individual instructional capabilities and effective student engagement.
Responsibilities

Strictly follow the course outlines provided by PNY Trainings and complete the syllabus within the stipulated timeframe.
Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions with a focus on at least 80% practical learning to reinforce theoretical concepts.
Teach fundamental Python programming concepts including syntax, variables, data types, operators, and control structures.
Instruct students on complex Python topics such as functions, modules, packages, debugging techniques, and error handling.
Provide detailed training on data structures in Python including lists, dictionaries, tuples, and sets along with their methods.
Deliver comprehensive lessons on Object-Oriented Programming concepts such as classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, composition, and operator overloading.
Conduct practical sessions on file handling and data format manipulation including TXT, CSV, JSON, and XML files.
Introduce and train students in Python-based application development frameworks and tools such as QT, PyGUI, Tkinter, Flask, and Django.
Offer an overview and practical exposure to scientific and machine learning libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow as included in the curriculum.
Assign and supervise weekly programming tasks and hands-on exercises to evaluate students' progress effectively.
Guide students in the development of mini projects and employable projects aligned with current industry trends and skill requirements.
Support students in building a professional portfolio that demonstrates mastery of practical programming skills.
Provide career guidance including advice and resources on job opportunities, freelancing, self-employment, entrepreneurship, and business development.
Maintain accurate records of students attendance, progress, assessments, and other training documentation as required by the organization.
