Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen collaborations with international IT companies and educational institutions.
  • Identify potential partners and initiate contact to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of collaboration initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for PNY Trainings.
  • Serve as a liaison between PNY Trainings and partner organizations, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events to promote collaboration and exchange of ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities for international collaboration.
  • Track and report on the progress of collaboration initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of collaboration projects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Represent PNY Trainings at conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility and reputation in the international IT community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry or educational sector.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration and partnership development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and formulate innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
