We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a passion for technology, and is ready to assist with various IT tasks in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees, helping with system installations and configurations.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Support the IT team in setting up and maintaining computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and permissions.
- Document IT processes, technical issues, and solutions for future reference.
- Research and recommend potential IT improvements or tools.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
- Participate in IT projects such as system migrations, cloud integration, or cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and basic IT tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
