• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls & Emails and take messages
  • Greet customers on arrival, receive, inform, and guide visitors including coordinating with employees.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the reception.
  • Be helpful and cooperative with clients and staff.
  • Administer the booking system for meeting rooms and workrooms. Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management.
