SAP, QuickBooks, and S/4HANA Instructor

PNY Trainings is looking for a skilled SAP, QuickBooks, and S/4HANA Instructor to join its Training & Academics department on a part-time/visiting basis at Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. The instructor will deliver comprehensive onsite practical and theoretical training sessions focused on ERP systems, accounting software, financial management, and related business processes. This role requires expertise in multiple SAP modules and QuickBooks software to effectively teach students how to navigate and utilize these tools within real-world financial and operational contexts. With over six years of professional or teaching experience, the ideal candidate holds relevant academic qualifications and possesses strong communication skills to make complex ERP concepts accessible and engaging. The instructor plays a crucial role in enhancing students practical knowledge by delivering hands-on training in SAP and QuickBooks platforms, emphasizing business process integration and financial transactions. Responsibilities include developing practical assignments, assessing students skills through projects, and updating training materials to reflect the latest industry standards. This position involves no team management but demands a commitment to fostering deep understanding and skill development in emerging professionals aiming to excel in enterprise resource planning and accounting software environments.
Responsibilities

Deliver onsite practical and theoretical lectures on SAP, S/4HANA, and QuickBooks tailored to finance and business-related functions.
Train students on SAP ERP systems, including various modules such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution.
Provide hands-on experience with QuickBooks, covering bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting.
Explain ERP concepts and demonstrate business process integration through practical examples and case studies.
Guide students through company setup, chart of accounts configuration, customer and vendor management, ledgers, and transaction processing within SAP and QuickBooks.
Teach financial reconciliation, reporting techniques, and the preparation of accounting documentation.
Develop relevant practical assignments, business case studies, and project work to enhance experiential learning.
Assess student understanding and proficiency through practical tasks, ensuring readiness for real-world application.
Maintain and update training materials to keep pace with current industry practices and software updates.
Collaborate with the academic department to align training programs with evolving industry standards.
Support students in building competency in ERP systems and accounting software critical for financial and operational roles.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of SAP S/4HANA Finance and QuickBooks Payroll functionalities.
