The position emphasizes effective communication, classroom management, and hands-on training delivery but does not involve managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training tailored to the assigned trade, ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and skill-based sessions to provide immersive learning experiences.
- Prepare students for professional practices by guiding proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a professional, disciplined, and engaging learning environment that promotes student success.
- Assess students practical skills consistently and provide constructive feedback for continual improvement.
