Podcast & Short form video editor | Full Time

Cold Coffee Studios is seeking a skilled Video Editor with a minimum of four years of professional experience to join our remote team in Pakistan. This full-time role involves editing long-form and multicamera podcast episodes, as well as creating engaging short-form videos and promotional content. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Time. The salary range for this role is PKR 120,000 to PKR 160,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form podcast episodes with precision and creativity.
- Manage multicamera podcast footage to produce seamless final videos.
- Develop captivating podcast intros and teasers to engage audiences.
- Create short-form videos derived from podcast content and other media.
- Incorporate B-roll, captions, typography, motion graphics, animations, and sound design as needed.
- Perform professional audio cleanup, color correction, and basic color grading to enhance video quality.
- Organize and maintain large project files while ensuring consistent output quality.
- Implement revisions based on client feedback promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to agreed project deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- At least four years of professional video editing experience.
- Proven expertise in editing podcasts and short-form videos.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and sound design principles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of handling large file transfers.
- A computer system capable of managing large multicamera projects efficiently.
- Adequate storage capacity for extensive project files.
- Dependable electricity backup to ensure uninterrupted work hours.
- Excellent communication skills and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to consistently work the specified schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday through Friday.
