Podcast Video Editor (AI & Multi-Camera Workflow)

We are seeking a skilled Podcast Video Editor to join our remote team based in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of professional podcast editing experience and must be proficient in using Claude AI for video editing, animation, and graphic generation. This is a full-time position with working hours from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The salary range is competitive and based on experience, between 120,000 to 140,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form podcast episodes with attention to detail and storytelling.
- Edit multicamera podcast footage to create seamless and engaging content.
- Create captivating podcast intros and teasers to attract and retain viewers.
- Utilize Claude AI to generate graphics, visual assets, and creative elements for video projects.
- Produce short-form videos derived from podcast content and other materials.
- Incorporate B-roll, captions, typography, motion graphics, animations, and sound design as needed.
- Perform professional audio cleanup, color correction, and basic color grading to enhance video quality.
- Organize large project files and maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.
- Manage revisions and implement creative feedback efficiently.
- Maintain efficient production workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of four years of professional video editing experience, specifically with podcasts and short-form videos.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant editing software.
- Proven experience using Claude AI for video editing, animation creation, and graphic generation is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and sound design principles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of handling large file transfers.
- A computer system equipped to manage large multicamera projects with sufficient storage capacity.
- Reliable electricity backup to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Strong communication skills and excellent time management abilities.
- Availability to work consistently Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.
