Key Responsibilities:
- Host and produce podcast episodes that embody Oddfunk’s ethos of rebellion, creativity, and South Asian streetwear culture.
- Research relevant topics and potential guests, including artists and community members.
- Plan episode outlines and structure conversations to align with the brand’s narrative.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate engaging discussions.
- Record and perform basic editing of podcast episodes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop episode themes and promotional content.
- Assist in creating promotional snippets for social media and community channels.
- Maintain a regular presence at Oddfunk’s workspace, events, and local creative gatherings in Lahore.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interviewing skills to host engaging conversations and build rapport with guests.
- Excellent writing and research abilities to prepare episode scripts, questions, and story angles.
- Proficiency with social media platforms to promote episodes and engage with the Oddfunk community online.
- Experience using podcast production tools, including recording, basic audio editing, and publishing platforms.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore and attend brand events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
- Demonstrated interest in streetwear, youth culture, music, or South Asian creative communities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
