Role and Responsibilities:
Implementation
- Understanding requirements and mapping it to NetSuite Development Platform
- Estimating proposed solutions
- Writing code against requirements/design
- Producing well-written code that other developers can use with minimal help from the developer.
- Understanding SuiteScript
- Basic Script Types in NetSuite(ERP/Webstore)
- Understanding SuiteScript 2.0 & 1.0
- Testing Code on a developer Level
- Working with Testing Personnel to mark a requirement complete
- Deploying a solution on production environment and making sure it works as well as developer environment
- Interfacing with Technical Members on Client side if really necessary
User Training
- Creating an End User Training Document if required
Support
- Handle Support Tickets escalated to Technical Team
Presales
- Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson is able to provide.
- Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements; or ideas to help them innovate or stay ahead of where the market is going.
- Respond to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure.
